Job Description
Partner with IT Manager to support the existing platform while designing and implementing new technologies. Additionally, support administrative and operations personnel by:

• Providing custom information reports via system queries
• Troubleshooting, upgrading and repairing both software and hardware issues
• Installing network lines and other cabling within the facility
• Supporting and troubleshooting VOIP and analog phone system issues
• Designing and implementing new technology
• Patching and maintaining servers and switches
• Administering backup and disaster recovery systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another relevant computer related field desired
• Has an excellent fundamental understanding of programming concepts and methods
• Knowledge of programming languages SQL, C#, VB, and XML strongly preferred
• Sound understanding of networking and storage related systems
• Familiar with Windows domain structure and networking
• Experience in Web and Internet data interfaces required
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and office operating systems and configurations
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair simple hardware, printer issues and phone system problems
• Ability to install computers and other peripherals
• Ability to document support issues and create instruction documentation for users
• Ability to take direction yet work independently without supervision.
